Set-up: $290.000, once, when starting any Social plan — it covers the account audit,
the graphic line and the first calendar. It is waived if you have already done the Brand area
with us. No minimum term and 15 days' notice to cancel. Ecosystems are quoted: they
have no list price.
What we get asked most
Frequently asked
Can I hire a single service?
Yes, and it is what we recommend to start. Every service has its own price and is hired on its own. If you add another later, the discount shows up in the quote builder without you asking.
Are the prices in the quote builder final?
No: they are an estimate on «from» rates. The firm number comes from a written proposal, with the scope defined, which we send after we talk. It is also stated in the terms, and it is not fine print: it is so nobody ends up tied to a figure a calculator produced.
Do the discounts stack?
No. There are two ways the price comes down —adding areas (up to 35%) and taking a ready-made plan (up to 20%)— plus 10% for a whole area. Only one applies, whichever suits you best. Stacked they would reach 55%, and that is not a discount we can stand behind.
What if the date slips?
We tell you straight away with a new date and you are compensated. It is in the contract, not a goodwill gesture.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two per delivery, agreed from the brief. It is what holds the date: endless revisions and a met deadline do not fit in the same project.
How is it paid?
50% up front and 50% on delivery, by transfer, Nequi or Daviplata. From abroad, Wise or SWIFT. Social is paid in advance with a fixed billing date.
Does Social tie me in?
There is no minimum term. Notice to cancel is 15 days, only so the calendar in progress can be closed without leaving the accounts adrift.
What is Express and why is it not in the quote builder?
Small jobs that are ordered and delivered: flyers, presentations, photo editing, sewing repairs. They skip the quote builder because the size varies too much — you write on WhatsApp and we answer with the price.
Who owns the work?
You do, once payment is complete. Editable files are not handed over unless agreed separately. We may show the work in our portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in writing before starting.
Where do you work?
Wherever we are needed. 80% of the work is remote and we have clients in Latin America, Spain and the United States. If there is a shoot or on-site coverage, travel is covered by the client.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
When it helps, yes — and it is always declared on the piece. You will never receive something AI-generated without knowing.
What happens to my data?
Nothing is stored on this site: it has no database and no server of its own. What you write opens in your WhatsApp or your email and you send it. The detail is in the data policy.
